- 基礎人員第一職階關員之薪俸點為載於第13/2021號法律第三十二條第一款附件三之薪俸表之260點，並享有公職一般制度規定的權利及福利。
- 根據第13/2021號法律第三十四條第一款附件四之規定，學員在修讀培訓課程及實習期間有權收取相等於薪俸表之220點，並享有公職一般制度規定的權利及福利。
- 根據現行第13/2002號行政法規第四十條第三款之規定，以定期委任制度修讀保安學員培訓課程的學員，可選擇領取原薪俸。

- 根據第13/2021號法律第三十四條第一款所指之附件四，就讀「第二十一屆警官/消防官/關務官培訓課程」的學員薪酬如下：
(1) 第一年：薪俸點250；
(2) 第二年：薪俸點270；
(3) 第三年：薪俸點290；
(4) 第四年：薪俸點310。 - 在實習期間，準警官/準消防官/準關務官收取相當於薪俸點340之報酬。
- 屬治安警察局本身編制、屬消防局本身編制或屬海關關員編制的學員，倘其薪俸點高於該課程同年級學員或在實習期之準警官/準消防官/準關務官之薪俸點時，收取其原薪俸。
