- 負責大學核心業務系統之數據規劃、數據分析及數據標準化工作，協助部門構建以安全為基礎的數據治理體系；
- 推進人工智慧、知識庫及智慧工作流等前沿技術在大學的安全、規範和有序應用，促進重點應用場景的規劃設計；
- 負責教職員資訊技術應用、數字素養與資訊安全意識的提升工作，協助開展培訓規劃、課程建設、推廣應用及成效評估
